Commissioning

We support the transition from construction to operation – from the implementation of the CAFM system through inspection and defect management to active participation in commissioning.

Implementation of the CAFM system (BIM → CAFM)

Here, the created CAFM system is adapted to the existing IT environment and integrated in order to ensure commissioning. This also involves training in the use of the system in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency of the system.

This includes transferring the central BIM database to the CAFM (operation).

Door coordination (inspection management, change management, »open issues«)

Inspection management

In general, the inspections are there to test the processes of the door that it has to carry out.

To carry out an inspection, the doors to be inspected are selected and an inspection type is assigned. Once the inspection is started, the status of the door, whether it has already been inspected or not, can always be viewed.

These inspections can be carried out both online and offline in order to make the user of the inspection independent of the server.

Change management

Change management is divided into three functions: adding, changing and deleting a door.

These functions can easily be carried out with the help of the software, but must be acknowledged by the required project participants, since changes affect the status of the door and thus also its processes.

»open issues«

Open issues refer to doors at which defects can still be found that have to be remedied by other responsible parties.

These errors can occur during manufacture, but also during the securing or installation of the doors.

As soon as an error has been detected, it can be noted as an open issue for other companies, so that errors are eliminated.

Participation in commissioning

Not only processes before commissioning are supported; services can also be provided for processes during commissioning and beyond.

On the basis of data management, data is optimised for further use, defects are eliminated and the organisation of the necessary appointments is taken over in order to manage the commissioning of the property as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Implementation of property operation

The implementation ensures that property operation is adapted to the property and integrated, taking into account the external services. This coordinative process is intended to enable greater efficiency.

Inspection management

An inspection of the interactions can take place both online and offline by selected persons of the admin.

In an online inspection, the selected inspection type is downloaded and carried out. Whereas the offline inspection can only be carried out with inspections that have already been loaded into the „offline list".

The results of the inspection are uploaded to a database and thus made accessible to all parties involved.

Change management

All changes, deletions or additions are recorded in a database with date, user and the new and old data. This serves to trace the change and to track down errors.

Defect management

As soon as defects occur during an inspection, they are assigned to a person who is to remedy the defects and to an organisational unit; a deadline is also set by which the error is remedied.

Defects not yet reported are documented as „open defects". Here, too, attention is paid to compliance with the remediation deadlines.
