Construction-stage facility management

During the construction phase we ensure reliable data and verified quality – with data management and quality management as well as construction-accompanying door coordination and the fire control matrix.

Data management (BIM, designation system, fire control matrix, door coordination)

Data management plays a central role for the property, as the data collected before commissioning is also relevant later. It is therefore all the more important to carry out careful data management in order to avoid data losses and multiple data entry and to facilitate the exchange of essential data among the stakeholders.

For this purpose, various methods and procedures are applied in order to ensure optimal use and ideal integration into business processes; this also includes the maintenance and updating of the data and the associated systems.

Quality management (BIM, designation system, room book)

Quality management is intended to ensure that the specifications defined by CAD, designation system and room book have been adhered to in the individual trades. However, it also includes cross-trade checks and, if necessary, the coordination of trades.

Facility management master data

Master data is defined as the data that forms the basis of the property. With its help, further data can then be calculated. This data is collected in order to create a basis for FM and further planning.

Door coordination (construction sequence, plausibility checks, change management)

Construction sequence

As soon as a release date has been set, dates for the call-off and installation are scheduled. The structural prerequisites are then checked. Following this, the doors are installed and an inspection is carried out to verify the correctness of the installation and the function. If defects occur during the inspections, they are logged and remedied so that everything is correct at the acceptance.

Plausibility checks

This ensures that the doors are installed correctly from an architectural and structural point of view. The integration into the overall system, such as fire protection or security technology, is also ensured.

Change management

Change management is divided into three functions: adding, changing and deleting a door.

These functions can easily be carried out with the help of the software, but must be acknowledged by the required project participants, since changes affect the status of the door and thus also its processes.

Plausibility checks

In the plausibility checks, any „loose ends“ in the interactions of the systems are recorded in order to resolve them and to ensure consistency of the interactions.

Change management

All changes, deletions or additions are recorded in a database with date, user and the new and old data. This serves to trace the change and to track down errors.
