Plant-relevant data for the entire building operation – a consistent master data pool for all technical systems.

pro plant covers the technical commissioning management for digital construction and the testing of the building services trades – with all components of every system and their control functions right through to the fire control matrix.

All tests for the required commissioning phases – from the necessary prerequisites to the expert inspections – are mapped in pro plant and generated and documented as tests with access rights. Identified defects are handed over to the defect management.

Supply areas, smoke extraction groups and detection zones are shown and colour-coded in the floor plan. The system components, including their control functions, are also contained in the floor plans.

During the digital test, the control commands and triggers of the fire alarm systems and the building management system are "listened in on" and automatically compared with the planning requirements of the fire control matrix. Missing or surplus control commands are thus detected and documented digitally.
