Facility management

As independent FM consultants, we develop concepts and strategies, optimise the operation and management of the property and support you from the CAFM tender through to implementation.

Central concepts and strategies

Concepts and strategies are designed in order to unite ideas and execution. This is done in accordance with regulations and also takes other factors such as cost efficiency etc. into account.

Analysis and optimisation of the operation and management of the property

First of all, the current situation has to be recorded in order to find starting points where improvements can be made. This improvement then contributes to optimising the operation and management of the property, thereby achieving the highest possible efficiency. This optimisation relates to secondary processes, i.e. the processes of the property.

Project management facility management

Project management mainly relates to the scheduling coordination for carrying out facility management. It supports the implementation of the structures planned by facility management.

Relocation management

Relocation management comprises the determination of the necessary services, the scheduling of dates and the coordination of the services and tasks to be provided. For this purpose, a plan is drawn up that precisely coordinates the move-out and move-in in order to enable a smooth relocation.

Concept, tender CAFM system

In line with the clients' interests, a concept is drawn up that contains the tasks to be fulfilled by the CAFM system. This concept then serves as a tender, which leads to the decision in favour of the most suitable provider and the ideal CAFM system.

Implementation CAFM system

To enable optimal functioning, the data collected and stored during the planning, construction and commissioning phases must be transferred to the CAFM system. This is carried out through data imports from CAD files.

In this process, the created CAFM system is adapted to and integrated with the existing IT environment in order to ensure commissioning. It is also necessary to provide training on how to use the system in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency of the system.
