Operation

Even during ongoing operation, you keep doors and fire control under control – through recurring inspections, clean change management and the facility management audit.

Door coordination (recurring inspections, change management)

Recurring inspections

During operation, inspections are carried out repeatedly at certain time intervals in order to achieve permanent and flawless operation.

Change management

Change management is divided into three functions: adding, changing and deleting a door.

These functions can easily be carried out with the help of the software, but must be acknowledged by the required project participants, since changes affect the status of the door and thus also its processes.

Fire control matrix (recurring inspections, change management)

Recurring inspections

During operation, inspections are carried out repeatedly at certain time intervals in order to achieve permanent and flawless operation. Here, these inspections can also take place through simulations.

Change management

All changes, deletions or additions are recorded in a database with date, user and the new and old data. This serves to trace the change and to track down errors.

Facility management audit

Facility management audit refers to the control of the processes relating to the property. Here, for example, maintenance is checked according to the definitions in the specification and requirements specification.
